GRIEVANCE

At the core of the college stands its students, pivotal stakeholders in its mission. The college places utmost importance on fostering student development and progress. To achieve this goal, the institution has meticulously crafted a robust system for addressing student grievances. Should any student encounter an issue, it is treated with the utmost seriousness by the relevant authorities.

The mechanism for addressing student grievances operates at various levels within the college structure, including at the departmental, institute, and university levels. An aggrieved student is required to submit a detailed online complaint outlining their concerns. Upon receipt of the complaint, the college promptly forwards it to the appropriate Student Grievance Redressal Committee, accompanied by its own observations, within a 15-day window.

Subsequently, the Student Grievance Redressal Committee schedules a hearing, notifying both the college/department and the affected student of the date. The aggrieved student has the option to either attend the hearing in person or authorize a representative to present their case.
