About The Event
To welcome the newly joined undergraduates to the world of Engineering at Apollo Institute of Engineering and Technology, First Year Diploma Engineering Student Orientation Programme 2022 was conducted on 9th, September 2022 in the seminar Hall at 9:15 am, the presence of Dr.Shital Shah, Principal addressed the major objective of the programme was to make the parents and students aware of the academic aspects of the course, the rules and regulations of the institute and ensuring parental participation in monitoring the performance and progress of students.
Then the students were addressed by the First Year Coordinator, HOD-Science & Humanities – Mohd. Javed Khan, who welcomed the students and gave them an introduction regarding the academic disciplines. He gave an all-inclusive presentation to impart necessary information about the academic design of the First Year. He focused on the exam pattern, assessment and evaluation criteria, co-curricular and extracurricular activities, and facilities provided to the students. He also requested them to understand and abide by the institutional rules and norms. He promoted the students for enhancing their skills & learns about the various innovative ways to enhance their career.
The Orientation concluded with the National Anthem and a vote of thanks.
